Business Process Automation

Repetitive tasks automated with clear rules, error handling and monitoring.

Many processes are predictable sequences: receive information, update a record, create a document, assign a task, notify a colleague. We build workflows that connect those steps and remove the manual handling in between.

Most of them can be automated without AI. Language models come in when information arrives as emails, attachments or free text that has to be read before anything else can happen.

What we deliver

  • Workflow mapping and automation design
  • Lead capture and routing
  • CRM, spreadsheet and calendar synchronisation
  • Document generation
  • Approval steps
  • Email and form processing
  • Notifications and reminders
  • Error handling, retries and alerts
  • Run logs and documentation

Technology & implementation

A rule-based automation is triggered by an event (a form submission, a new email, a status change) and runs a fixed sequence of steps. It is predictable, cheap to run and easy to test. Depending on the logic, volume and data protection requirements, it can be built on a platform such as n8n, Make or Zapier, or as a small TypeScript or Python service.

Where AI is involved, its job is kept narrow: extract fields, classify a request, draft a reply. Its output is checked against a defined structure before the workflow continues, and anything uncertain goes to a person.

Every automation logs what it did, retries temporary failures and alerts someone when it cannot finish, so problems are noticed quickly rather than discovered weeks later.

Example use

An illustrative scenario, not a description of a completed project.

A customer submits a service enquiry. The system checks the information, creates or updates the customer record, assigns the enquiry, prepares a draft acknowledgement and notifies the relevant team member.

AI where it earns its place. Automation where simple rules will do.
