Most businesses don’t need another tool. They need the ones they have to exchange data reliably, with clear ownership of what happens when something goes wrong.
We map which system owns which data, connect them through their APIs or webhooks, and make every exchange traceable: what was sent, what came back, what happens when a request fails.
What we deliver
- API integrations between your systems
- Payment provider integration
- CRM, calendar and accounting connections
- Webhook endpoints with signature verification
- Data synchronisation and field mapping
- Error handling, retries and alerts
- Integration documentation
Technology & implementation
Integrations are built as small server-side services, or on an automation platform such as Make or n8n when the flow is simple. Incoming webhooks are verified by signature, requests carry idempotency keys so a retry does not create a duplicate order, and failed calls are retried with increasing delays and logged.
Payment integrations follow the same discipline: the provider’s test environment, webhook handling for successful, failed and refunded payments, and reconciliation so the application’s records match the provider’s.
Each integration is documented: the data flow, which credentials it uses and where they are stored, rate limits, and what to do when the other side changes its API.
Example use
An illustrative scenario, not a description of a completed project.
A business takes orders on its website, invoices in one tool and schedules work in another. We connect the three so a confirmed order creates the invoice and the job automatically, and the team is notified only when something needs a decision.
