A dashboard is only useful if the numbers behind it are defined and trusted. We start with the definitions (what counts as a lead, when revenue is recognised), then design the views around the decisions they support.
What we deliver
- KPI definitions agreed with the people who use them
- Data source connections
- A reporting data model
- Dashboard design and build
- Filters, drill-downs and exports
- Role-based access
- Scheduled email reports
- Data quality checks
Technology & implementation
Data is pulled from the source systems through their APIs or directly from the database, cleaned into a reporting model and refreshed on a schedule that matches how often decisions are made. Depending on scale, the dashboard can be built into your own application or set up in a BI tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI on top of the cleaned data. Access follows roles: a team lead sees their team, management sees the whole.
