Customers ask similar questions about products, services, appointments, delivery and order status. We build conversational assistants connected to the information your business chooses to share.
Depending on the setup, an assistant can answer common questions, collect enquiry details, point visitors to the right service, look up an order, or pass the conversation to your team with a summary.

Technology & implementation
The assistant answers from a curated knowledge base (FAQs, service descriptions, policies) rather than from the model’s general knowledge, and is instructed to say when a question falls outside it. Prices, availability and order status come from your systems through read-only lookups, never from the model’s guesswork.
Visitor messages are treated as untrusted input. The assistant has no access beyond what its tools allow, which limits what a manipulated conversation can reach; the remaining risk is tested before launch. Conversations are logged in line with your privacy policy, personal data is kept to a minimum, and a handover to a person carries the full context.
Before launch, it is tested with real customer questions in every language it will speak, including awkward and deliberately misleading ones.
Example use
An illustrative scenario, not a description of a completed project.
A website visitor describes what they need. The assistant explains the available services using approved information, collects relevant details and prepares an enquiry for the team.
