Businesses receive information as PDFs, emails, scans and attachments. We build systems that recognise the document type, extract the fields you need, check them and route the result into the right process.
AI helps most where formats vary or the information is written in ordinary language. Validation rules and human review remain essential for anything that matters.
What we deliver
- Document classification
- OCR for scans and photos
- Field extraction to a defined structure
- Validation rules and cross-checks
- A review queue for exceptions
- Email triage and summaries
- Draft replies for review
- Integration with your business systems
Technology & implementation
The pipeline runs in stages: classify the document, run OCR if it is a scan or a photo, extract fields into a structured output defined by a schema, then validate. Validation checks that totals add up, dates are plausible, required fields are present and values match records you already hold.
Clear cases flow straight through. Anything uncertain or failing a rule goes to a review queue, where a person sees the original next to the extracted data and corrects it. Corrections are kept and used to improve the instructions and the tests.
Results are written to your systems (accounting, CRM, document management) through their APIs, with the original file linked for audit.
Example use
An illustrative scenario, not a description of a completed project.
A company receives customer documents in different formats. The system identifies the document type, extracts required fields, flags missing information and prepares a structured record for verification.
